2x6 Construction
Whereas most builders use 2×4’s for their outside walls, we use 2×6 studs to create stronger, sturdier walls.
Also, all the walls in our new homes are built 16” on center instead of the typical 24” on center others use to save on lumber and labor costs. This creates a much sturdier wall and makes it easier for you when searching for studs to hang shelves in the future.

- Solid core inside doors (vs hollow core) which are sturdier and help with sound
- 3/4″ standard sub floor
- Wider baseboards and casing than most new home builders
